Rebecca “Beck” Harner  has close to two decades of combined experience in the fitness and nutrition industry.  With a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she has enjoyed working in clinical nutrition educating people how even the smallest changes in their eating choices and behavior can have a positive impact on their overall health. 

With the sudden increase in medications on the market aiming to help with diabetes management and weight loss, Beck saw an immediate need for nutrition education and personalized goals for those using  GLP-1 acting  medications. Rapid weight loss can be exciting for those suffering from obesity, but also requires monitoring to ensure excess fat is being lost while maintaining lean body mass and decreasing risk of nutrient deficiencies. Beck has a passion for helping those reach their goals, feeling their best, and living healthier, happier lives.
